If this is your first time visiting a day spa, rest assured Super Spa’s top priority is to make sure it is the most comfortable and enjoyable experience you can have. Whether you are visiting us for a massage or spa treatment, you can be confident that you will be in the care of experts who care deeply about providing you the best experience possible. Please find below the answers to frequently asked questions we typically receive from new customers. What is a Day Spa?

Think of Day Spas as special place full of healing and pampering. It is a place to escape daily stresses of life and rejuvenate body, mind and spirit. Super Spa offers a number of services including massages, body treatments, aromatherapy and much more. We offer these services individually or as packages.

What should I expect?

If it’s your first time visiting Super Spa or a day spa in general, feel free to mention it to us and we will be more than happy to answer any questions you have and give you a tour of the spa. You should expect to have a very relaxing and comfortable experience. You should expect that you will be pampered by expert hands and high-quality organic products. At Super Spa we cater to you to make sure you have the most comfortable and rewarding experience of any day spa in Sacramento!

Upon your arrival please check in at the front desk. When you are called back, everything necessary for your treatment will be provided and you will usually be invited to undress or get comfortable in private. If you are comfortable taking off your undergarments than feel free to do so. For body treatments you may want to remove all undergarments although, again, this is entirely up to you.

What time should I arrive?

It is advised that you arrive approximately 15-30 minutes prior to your appointment time to fill out any paperwork and for your welcome steam (we will explain this when you schedule your appointment).

Can I choose if I want a male or female masseuse?

Yes you can. We want to make sure you are completely comfortable, so if you have a gender preference of your masseuse, please mention it to us when booking your appointment.

What should I wear?

Your appearance does not matter. We provided steam wraps, robes and also we have a male/female dressing room. Super Spa’s environment is designed to help you relax. Forget about makeup and you can also leave the jewelry at home if you choose. Come dressed to relax

Should I be hydrating myself?

Yes! Please do not forget to drink plenty of water during this time since good hydration will prepare you for detoxification (which is a natural result of massage and many other body treatments). Please also remember to abstain or limit caffeine and alcohol intake as well.

What’s the tipping policy?

What to tip the hand that soothes you? 10 percent to 20 percent is status quo, but tipping should reflect your level of satisfaction with services rendered.

Cancelation Policy

Spa clients must provide 24 hours cancellation notice. When notice is not given, 50% of the service fee will be charged or gift certificate forfeited.
